About Us
At some point, most of us hope the path we've taken will add up to something meaningful that leaves the world a little better. That’s always been my goal, especially as a parent thinking about the kind of future I want to help create.After more than 30 years designing professional development programs from the frontline to the C-suite and years of resume writing, job coaching, and helping others find their voice, I realized it was time to bring it all together. Over the past 9 months, I became a Certified Branding Specialist and have worked with hundreds of professionals around the world, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and career traction.Now, I’m teaming up with two like-minded partners to launch our first series of programs, starting with this career workshop. We share the belief that career growth shouldn’t be competitive or confusing, and that when people align their personal and professional selves, they become resilient, empowered, and FutureProof. This is our way of contributing - by helping you stand in who you are and take bold steps toward what’s next.

You are more than welcome to ask us to update a resume or sign up for a workshop at no charge. We offer additional services and are always are here to talk out possibilities. For 1:1 coaching and support, there is no charge until we agree on a plan.
